My Role

I lead the Design team and built the entire design system, collaborating with front-end and back-end engineers to create a unified source of truth. I played a key role in transitioning Salesken from V2 to V3, driving a better, faster, and more efficient user experience while contributing to design system initiatives across the company.

Tea Break Discussions: Informal, cross-departmental conversations to deepen understanding of the domain and share insights.

Understanding: Analyze the existing product (e.g., Salesken V2), gather user feedback, and assess competitors to identify issues and opportunities.

Priority Sync

Open Hours: Allow for continuous feedback and discussion, addressing anything that may have been missed during formal sprints.

Pre/Post Discussions: After collecting feedback from product heads and the CEO, hold discussions to prioritize tasks and focus areas.
